Charles Hofacker is Professor of Marketing at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. His research has appeared in such outlets as Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Management, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Journal of Computer Mediated Communication and Psychometrika. His research interests include many aspects of electronic marketing, including online consumer behavior, e-services, interactive advertising, as well as use of the Internet in supply chains. Professor Hofacker is the editor of the Academic Resource Center, which is the Web site for the American Marketing Association's Academic Division. In addition to the AMA Web site, he moderates ELMAR, a virtual community for academic marketers with more than 5,300 subscribers around the world. He serves on the editorial review boards of Journal of Service Research and Journal of Interactive Marketing and other journals.
